New Law Sanctioned by the Senate on Dec 14, establishes that . to renew documents one needs to be up to date with required Vaccinations? (for Foreign Residents Also?)

As Foreign Residents are also "inhabitants" with the DNI I don't see how they would be exempt.

From the article in the link: https://www.perfil.com/noticias/soc...ara-renovar-el-dni-pasaporte-y-registro.phtml

As translated by Google:

"A project by the Tucuman deputy Pablo Yedlin, which establishes free access to vaccination services "with social equity for all stages of life"; the obligatory nature of applying vaccines for all inhabitants; and the prevalence of public health over private interest, among other principles. But the other important novelty is that the National Vaccination Calendar will be required for procedures such as the entry and exit of the school year; the performance of medical examinations for work; the processing or renewal of the DNI, passport, residence, prenuptial certificate and driver's license; and the processing of family allowances. In addition, vaccines may only be applied in establishments authorized by the Ministry of Health"

To see which vaccinations you will have to receive before renewing your residency, DNI, driver's or marriage license, consult this table:

Most expat adult inhabitants would only be required to have the Hepatitis B, the double bacteria, the double viral, and the triple viral.

I got the (two or three) shots for Hepaittis B as well as the vaccination for the double viral about seven years ago and a booster for Hep B within the past two years. I also had a double viral booster almost three years ago. Unless the two pharmacies where I got those shots are "authorized" by the Ministry of Health" and remember me well enough to certify that I received them, it looks like I will have to repeat those vaccinations before I renew my driver's license in July of 2021 as well as get the other two for the first time.

I used both words "will" and "would" in my previous post. Though the article indicated the new "law" has been "sanctioned by the Senate" is it (at least at this point) still only a proposed government "freebie" which would place the "prevalence of public health" above the "private interest" of (what I assume means) the desire of an individual to control what goes into his or her body and/or the desire not to spend their own money for unwanted medical "treatment" (even in the name of disease prevention).

I think I get the logic: "Hey, if it's for the good of all, we (the government) can force you (the individual) to take medicine you don't want, and since it's free, what possible reason could you have to object?"

PS: The more I learn about vaccinations and their side effects, the less likely I am to line up to get them, even if they're free.

And I'm far from thrilled about repeating vaccinations I've already received and will not require again in my lifetime.

"The Senate approved a new Vaccine Law on Wednesday, December 14, a project by the Tucuman deputy Pablo Yedlin.......

Hepatitis B

Doble Bacteriana
https://www.argentina.gob.ar/salud/vacunas/doblebacteriana
...adults who do not know their vaccination history: first dose, 30 days thereafter second dose and a reinforcement at 6 months from the second. The application must be repeated every 10 years to maintain immunity.

Doble y Triple Viral
https://www.argentina.gob.ar/doble-viral-o-triple-viral
  • Persons born before 1965 do NOT need to be vaccinated because they are considered protected due to having been in contact with the virus.

The people on the Argentina reddit think it won't actually have any effect:

From this discussion: (I can't seem to post just a normal link, the forum keeps wanting to inline it as media..)

I have all mandatory vaccines and some more, but I do not have proof ( it was a long time ago ) I think it is an abomination against individual freedom and believe it is against the Constitution ( Identity Right ) as well. I will not get this shots. This seems to be a very "profitable" business idea between government and laboratories.

Have no idea where to start ? if one has no previous records? where do you obtain your vaccination Calendar booklet? WHO /WHERE can one receive the vaccines?

According to the text itself, it will be the Executive, through the Secretary of Health of the Nation, which must regulate in a term of 120 days
the fine print of the norm for its concrete application.

In my opinion, one should wait until the text of the law itself is officially published .

Well, as some people have no records and, even after receiving the mandatory vacinations, many others will lose or misplace their VCB, this is going to be a problem in the future that can only be solved by modern technology which renders paper record keeping obsolete:

Keeping track of who has (or hasn't) received the mandatory vaccinations for all can be efficiently accomplished by the implantation of the mandatory human microchip for all.

As reported over four years ago, "biometric technology (is) already ...being used in Africa to keep track of who is being vaccinated,”

https://www.thenewamerican.com/tech/item/18184-will-microchip-implants-in-humans-become-mandatory

Perhaps this is just a "tinfoil hat theory" as "vardarac" asserts in the comment section, but anyone who doesn't have a problem with mandatory vaccinations shouldn't have a problem with mandatory microchip implants, should they...especially if it's for the public good?
