Can anyone tell me anything about the suburb of Tortuguitas? I can't seem to find anything online. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

Yes, but I guess it's difficult to get a clear picture of how it is to live there (had the same problem when I came from Capital : couldn't find much, all my neighbours -all old ladies- told me "te van a mataaarrrr ahi!").
