I am American and plan on buying a parrot, Does anyone know if it is possible to move back with a parrot? Any details etc?

Why?? If the parrot is not captive bred, then the nest has been robbed. There are plenty of parrot rescue organizations in the states looking for homes for unwanted parrots. Parrots are a lifetime responsibility. A parrot will probably outlive you.

Good luck finding a good aviary veterinarian here. It’s a challenge to find them in the US, and here you can’t even find a decent cat or dog vet. Better to wait to get back to the states to buy your bird.
