Tucumán--Looking for a place to rent in Tucumán

We are looking for a place to rent in San Miguel de Tucumán beginning in January or February (we are now in BA). It should be at least 120 M2 (metros cuadrados). We are willing to pay over $1000 US per month and more if it is nice and meets our needs. We will need the place for about six months.
