In broad daylight and since about 15 minutes I've been watching alive on TN channel 618 to exit to 9 de Julio to City Centre. U Turn on the highway ... then driving contramano ... in the face of the coming traffic ... just like that ...
Unheard of ... that is a new !!!
 
Sadly, I see it on the regular when a highway gets cut off or there is crazy traffic. People driving the wrong way on exits to get off the highway or driving contramano or making extra lanes by usurping the oncoming traffic lanes. Always an adventure.
