Urgent! Hospital: just show up?

So, I have been sick for two weeks, but the last two days it's gotten really,really bad. I feel it's time to go to the hospital. I can see that Hospital Aleman is recommended here, but what do I do, just show up? It seems closed on sundays.

I really really want to be looked at today, but want it to be done properly. This is because I have exams next week, and need to study. So please help!

Go to Hospital Aleman, to the ER entrance on Beruti street, they are open 24/7, yes just show up there.

you have the hospital fernandez near parque las heras and its free and quite sound.
