I am a long-time expat looking for a new place to stay for an extended period of time. I am the manager of a well known restaurant/bar here and am also involved in other gastro businesses in the city. I have been in Buenos Aires for a long time and plan to be here for much longer. I have to leave my current place of residence and am looking not for a temporary rental but for a place that I can call mine for some time. Preferably just for me but could incorporate another person if necessary. I would be an ideal tenant and could possibly put some positive work into a property as well.
 
Would you be interested in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment outside of the city in Victoria (Zona Norte)
 
Where do you want to live? I know someone with a one BR in Micro Center around the corner from Galerias Pacifico. I think the price is right.
