Uruguay Exchange Eur/usd???

Is it possible to unlimitedly exchange euros to dollars in Colonia? Any exch.office recommended? Thank you!

in my humble opinion they would go from Euros to Uruguay pesos and then to dollars, What the fees would be who knows.

Serge,there is a Cambio in the high street,Flores and they speak english.1euro will be about 1.28usd not sure about the commission.These figures change.I want to change some pesos to euros if that's any use to you?
