Us Magazine Subscriptions By Mail

Does anyone receive magazine subscriptions by mail? If so, how regular are deliveries? I used to receive the New Yorker by mail, Correo Argentino, on a weekly basis. They usually arrived around five weeks late. A few issues never made it. I wonder if the situation is the same or worse now. Any real EXPERIENCE with this? Thanks

I receive three subscriptions for the kids and me from Sweden to Villa la Angostura. They all arrive. Granted, they are in swedish so they have no value for a postal worker. The kid's magazines are sent in a white envelope, sometimes even with a small toy added. They have never gotten lost. My magazine is usually sent in a transparent plastic sleeve, also no problem there.

To be honest, I have been plesently surprised.

I'd say your best bet for happiness is a digital subscription.

i like the digital mag... sort of weird if you dont have a good size screen for viewing... i always like the real magazine.. but at least you get it.... and you save a tree...
