Wouldn't it be wiser to use a US address if you have a residence there?

Since I received the form last year, 2017, I'm not expecting it this year, although one never knows with SSA. Only once did I receive the form two years in a row. In the past years, the form arrived most often around the middle of June.

The form is sent to retired citizens living abroad. It's their way of checking up on our current status as "foreign" residents.

If you reside in BA and receive the Form at a USA address , some one would have to mail it to you in BA ?
