Vandalism Not Covered By Auto Insurance....!!!

After the recent episodes of Vandalism at the Obelisco, I found out that auto insurance does not cover acts of vandalism? Also piquetes and rocks thrown from overpasses...!! Also not covered are damages to cars set on fire. Just buy a new one.

Ours covers fire damage. You need to shop arround, read the fine print, and compare.
For example, we often insure film equipment. Before signing we read the contract and it did NOT cover the equipment in transit, only in our storage facility and on set (wherever we were filming)! You can imagine why this makes no sense.
So we sat down, laid out our concerns, and they changed the contract.

Firstly I do have fire coverage in my policy, for, accidental fire damage, but arson by vandals may NOT be?? If your car is torched Is Vandalism...!
