In any chino or supermarket, there's two brands, they are both pretty awful. If you go to a casa de reposteria (or cotillon, where they sell birthday party decorations) they usually have it. Not sure if it's better quality.

The stuff in the supermarkets is artificial imitation extract. Every dietetica in the city should have real vanilla extract, it barely more expensive than the real stuff but is 10x the quality.
