To be honest it was somewhat tongue in cheek. I'm back in the UK now but hope to return to pulling my hair out in glorious BA by the end of the year :)
 
Just an example, Neuquen and Rio Negro province has been under siege with road blockages for almost 2 weeks now. Health workers are blocking all roads and land crossings from Chile. Small towns have little to no food or fuel and even NQN capital is facing a serious lack of fuel and supplies. These cuts are also driving the shortage of heating gas Argentina will face in a few months, so instead of Arg producing it's own gas the gov is leasing an offshore LNG facility to import fuel. Dumb

Does anyone in Buenos Aires care? Let's not act like BA is Argentina.
