Hi,

Why is there a 10% commision if this apartment is owned by a friend of your mother?

Also I have a little Shih Tzu. No noise and very behaved. And clean which is hard to say in Buenis Aires! hahaha

When could we take a look at it. We are on a month-to-month in Recoleta. No daylight and horrible WIFI!

It's because the owner lives in Spain 90% of the year.
So I get to show the appartment, pay the bills, arrange cleaning if required, sort everything out in short...
I'll call you tomorrow to arrange a showing....

I just joined this forum and saw the apt.for rent notice. It was from Sept. 2010? Do you still rent the apt? We are coming to BA in Nov. and are looking for an apt. to rent for about 17 days in that area. Please let us know if it is still available and if so, how much is the rent?
