I have heard the Buenos Aires has the highest amount of ladies lingerie stores, per capita, in the world.
Surely you wont have to go very far to find one.
Victoria's Secret is kind of the McDonalds of lingerie, a well known brand name selling reliable quality, but there are lots of places in BsAs that are better.
If you are, indeed, serious, I would suggest either Juana De Arco, in Palermo, which is funkier, or Susila Tantrik in Recoleta which is very classy, or maybe Amor Latino, all over town.

all three are way better than Victoria's Secret.

The only Victoria's Secret I've seen here is at Ezeiza...And its just a part of the bigger duty free area...I think they do cosmetics and bright-coloured bombachas...not actual lingerie.
I agree that Susila Tantrik is good...It's along MT Alvear. Most of her pieces are fairly flimsy though. I can't imagine it fitting well on a buxom lady! I also saw a nice place (with a french name, I think) along Cabildo by Juramento (near the book store). It seemed to have more classically beautiful sets.

Trouble is that I couldn't remember her size, so I had to gesticulate, but the sales girl still didn't get the size I meant.
So she undid her blouse and said 'About the size of these?'
