Visa help, please kind people

hello everyone

I have been offered a job here in BA to start ASAP and am keen to be 'legal' as quickly as possible.

I only arrived a month ago, my husband has been here six months and has a student visa (he's Colombian).

Is there anyway I can somehow use the fact he has a visa to get mine, or if not what would be the quickest way to get in 'blanco'?

Ask your future employer to sponsor and expedite your visa, may be the fastest.

If they're planning to employ you 'en blanco' then they're obliged to do so.

If they're offering you the job on the condition that you get a visa, then it's going to be more difficult. But there have been plenty of people on this forum that have done it - do some searching and you should find plenty of advice.

(Sorry, can't help myself - I became legal the easy way and had a kid with a local!)
