Visit October 9 - 20

Hello,
I am planning on spending two weeks in Argentina. October 7th-21st. My exact itinerary is still somewhat in flux. It just occurred to me that the election on the 22nd could cause some issues. What will the days/week leading up to it be like? Do you foresee any issues with transportation during that time? Any thoughts are appreciated.

Nope, everything is quiet during election days here, no meetings, etc.
Some business will be closed, though.

Seriously, Henry is exactly right. In just under a decade here (wow!), have never seen any issues with labor action or the like happen around elections.

Remember that you can't buy booze on election day, so stock up.
