You forgot the most important:

It is the United States fault, who imposed an economic blockade due to Argentina's ambiguity during World War II. Had it not been for that, Argentina would be a world super power today, probably capable of sending Maradona to the moon, influencing (being the brains behind) legal systems world wide, having the best universities in the world, winning the world cup 10 times in a roll, and being so fashionable and so imitated that the whole world would be drinking mate right now.
 
Anyone but Cristina would have squandered the commodity boom Dollars that Argentina has received into a series of short-term, reactionary, polarizing, economic policies. Long live the Queen!
