along with a free account on zattoo i can watch all the brit tv live if i wish.

BBC Iplayer and itv work grand too.

Along with torrents http://eztv.it/ and piratebay i'm covered.

The American streaming stuff is terrible though, huge number of adverts that repeat constantly. Seems that big companies in the us avoid advertising on streaming services for some reason.

many possible things, here's a few.

1. Your isp is throttling the bandwidth.
2. Hotspot shield is over subscribed and thus lacking bandwidth.
3. The streaming site has too many connections from 1 ip and is throttling it.
