Hi Guys & Girls,

I'm a 29 year old guy living in Antwerp, Belgium. I would love to go to Buenos Aires for a couple of months while working. Is there any chance i can get a temporary job there as webdeveloper. My skills in PHP and Zend Framework are fairly strong! However, I do not speak spanish but i am willing to learn it.

Where should i start looking?

Lots of thanks!

Local I.T. work is fairly low pay ... a better option might be Elance.com

If you can provide quality work that people will happily pay more for (you'll be competing with indian sweatshops charging $5 an hour) then it can turn out well, and you'll be able to work from anywhere.

hey thx!

I know, Elance will give me a better deal after all.

I thought mingling with the locals would give me some other benefits beside money...

How's the wifi over there? :)

palermovalley.com is great. They attract lots of both, locals and expats

Don't try working in Argentina, except with other expats and foreign businesses
