leave your job, sell your stuff, collect all your savings and pack up and move to BA. without any strong social circle there.
Has anyone done it this way or similar.

Yes--- that's how I did it. My inspiration? Just needed a change and had a good feeling about Buenos Aires. Two years later, I am married to a wonderful Argentine man and planning to move back to the States early next year.

Why does poor Bush get reviled so much? Do people believe the USA will be hunky-dory with a new Democrat president?
