Where can a tourist play tennis?

Hi! A friend coming to BA for 2 weeks wants to play tennis at a local club while here...does anyone have advice on where she can find courts and people to play with? Thanks!
 
Your friend can contact my tennis coach Ale and they can play at GEBA in Palermo. Around usd10-11. I can give his details if you need.
