Soy sauce and garlic? I haven't seen any off chance at a Disco, but I didn't even know how to ask for Soy Sauce.

really? Coto always has soy sauce. And if all else fails... I know China Town has just about every brand you could ever think of. Are you looking for soy sauce WITH garlic? Casa China should have variations.
Salsa de soja or I just double checked my own bottle which reads SALSA base de Soja... same same.

Salsa de soja, they have it at Disco, I once bought a national brand - cannot recommend it!!! The garlic (ajo) is usually where they weigh fruit and veggies

Sakura, a Brazilian brand, has a nice taste. They also have low-sodium!
