At the beginning of every year, like all real estate owners, I've been receiving a bill from Buenos Aires Ciudad. The bill has the word "Rentas Ciudad" and "INMOBILIARIO Y ABL" on it. I believe that the money collected goes towards cleaning and lighting the
streets. To date the postman hasn't rung once.
With the bold kelly green color on the bill, I thought that it would come on St. Patrick's Day. Nope. What's the deal?

Probably in someone else's mailbox. I used to get other peoples mail all the time.

Or Gone with the wind, literaly. I took a picture of the Correos Argentinos guy throwing the mail at our door even though we have a mail box.

And speaking about bills . . . don't worry if you don't receive your next Aysa (water) bill in two months. The letter with your current bill explains that from now on Aysa will send one bill for the entire building addressed to Consorcio de Propietarios. That means no more individual water bills unless you have your own direct connection.

Bradly is right, I didn't get mine either, even thought may of the other people in my building did. But you still owe it. If you have your account number, you can get it online, print it out and pay it.

Thanks for the info. My account shows the amount per month for only 4 months. To pay the annual charge, do I multiply the monthly by 12?

No, you should get a discount for paying all 12 months at once.

It might be too late to pay the full year all at once. The coupon for that is # 13, but it might have expired in February.
