Where to buy a baby present?

Can anyone recommend a children's store where I can find a nice baby present? I had in mind a warm fuzzy stuffed animal or comfortable blanket, but everything I've found so far is made of terribly cheap material. It's for a one monther girl and I'm looking to spend under 200 pesos.

Any suggestions of a good present would also be appreciated as I've yet to venture to the world of babies.

I actually found an adorable super soft and fuzzy pink puppy dog for a baby girl back in April. I believe it was a Gund. This was in Magneto www.[B]magneto[/B]regalos.com, which was kind of a random place to find it, but if you are looking for something like that, I´d suggest going and taking a look. They have a small pup which was about 65 pesos and a larger that was over 100, but I can´t remember exactly.
