You should at least alternate a refill with a brand name original cartridge. If you regularly feed your printer OEM ink it will choke and die on you. Same goes for laser cartridges.

Try your local computing shop. I've got an epson printer, and non-brand CYMK cartridges cost 30 pesos for each colour.

Maybe try galeria jardin on Florida, near la valle. Depending on the printer model you should get one for around AR$150 to $160. If you go there, go to the basement, there you'll find a printer cartrige place that usually does the better deals. You can always compare prices with the other shops above if you have the time.
