I need some advice on how to get a copy of my fingerprints taken here in Argentina for use in the US. I need to request an FBI background check as part of the process for declaring residency in Argentina. However, the application requires you to also submit a copy of your fingerprints. I am already here in BA and need to figure out where exactly I can get a copy of my fingerprints taken, and copied onto the specific form required by the FBI.
I am wondering if the Comisaría Federal would be able to do this? I know they take a copy of your fingerprints when you request the Argentine background check.
Has anybody else gone through this or know where I can do this? Nobody seems to know the answer... I even spoke with the local comisaría in my neighborhood but they had no clue.
