I don't know how helpful this is going to be, but there is a place in Caseros (just outside of Capital) where they are selling some although I don't know the price for the hard ones. They have some padded soft ones for $70-$80 - which if that is way cheaper than other soft cases you might have seen, I imagine the hard ones would be cheaper too - although it is a pretty long way to go if you are downtown-ish in Capital.
