My windows phone has died and I lost all my info onboard so I am doing a quick sweep to advise clients that may be trying to contact me via my cell.
Any further queries please mail me direct to [email protected]

Best regards, Raymond - Your English speaking hairdresser in Buenos Aires

P.S. This is the second crash of my windows phone and wholly recommend not buying one (especially trying to resolve it from Argentina).

I don't know specifically what the problems with your phone might be Richard and give this advice lightly (As it can get heavy going); XDA-Developers will have alternate operating systems for your device which may help.

Also, if you insist on using Windows Mobile you should sync it with your PC to keep a backup of your data. HTC usually gives docking stations out with their phones (Or just a usb cable) and Microsoft have some specialised software which does it all. Also They've just released 7Gb of cloud storage with their Hotmail/Outook/Live/MSN free accounts. That's an online back-up accessible from anywhere.

However, since you're on gmail, why not get an Android phone and keep all your data with Google? Or better yet have two online back-ups??

Thanks Scotty! Por suerte I was more or less backed up on the Mac, yep Android might be the next move.
