Wingo will connect mainly with Colombia....The Undersecretary of Air Transport authorized Wingo to operate between several Colombian cities and ARG.
This is a low-cost airline belonging to the Copa Airlines Holding that will begin to offer innovative connectivity: departing from Medellín and/or Cali, Cartagena, Barranquilla, San Andrés, Pereira, Bucaramanga or Panama to Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza or Rosario, duplicating the flight schedule operated by Copa....The start date of this activity is not yet known....

Especially if they do end up selling Aerolineas Argentinas to Avianca (as was the news a few months ago) and they end up with a monopoly between Buenos Aires and Colombia.
