Does anyone know if you can purchase witch hazel here or if it goes by a different name

Castaña de India. You add a few drops of it to some water.

In what form do you want it? As far as I know, the herb is called hammamelis in Spanish, and you can buy it in bulk at a dietetica or herboristeria. I have bought some leaves to make home made skin toner.

You can get Agua de Hamamelis (which is what you are looking for) in small plastic bottles at many dieteticas - it's usually made by Herboristeria Alsina. They also make rosewater - I have both but tend to use the rosewater as a toner myself.
