Greetings. I'm a songwriter looking for an office/workshop/recording space anywhere within biking distance from Belgrano. Anyone out there have a nice, quiet, secure, shed you'd like to rent?

I understand that the word "recording" might lead one to think that I'd be making a lot of noise. Not so. Acoustic guitar and vocals. Very tranqui. And most of the time I'd be writing. And I'd be very low-maintenance.
