Wwoofing- looking for information

I am interested in Wwoofing for a month. For those who are not familiar with the term, this means I would like to work on an organic farm in exchange for food and housing. I am aware that there is a Wwoofing database that lists a bunch of different farms offering this exchange, I am just taking a shot in the dark that someone has more information on the topic and could point me in a good direction.

You need to pay the registration fee to the relevant WWOOF organisation in order to receive the list of WWOOF hosts and get a WWOOF number. This is the link for Argentina:
