Hi everyone,
I am a senior at the university of California Santa Barbara and I will be graduating in June and moving to Buenos Aires to live and work for a year! I want to teach english and I am interested in volunteering or working for a NGO that is involved in education and human rights activism work. I am a Global Studies major and eventually want to go to grad school to study international relations. I am fluent (but rusty) in spanish and can function in an immersion setting.
Does anyone have any recommendations for good english teaching programs or volunteer organizations?
Thank you!

Just saw your post. Go to Buenos Aires MEET UPS ,register and key in English Teachers Begin networking with them .A group exists here.I'm not a member but I see them on the board.I suppose that there are NGO groups as well. When you get here, you should join some other meet up groups in Spanish that interest you.Your level of fluency doesn't matter that much and many are good learning experiences.
