It seems that the Fed chairman Ben Bernanke wants to live up to the nickname of "Helicopter Ben". He just told the rest of the world that the Fed will print the US into prosperity, even if he has to turn the US Dollar into Monopoly money. He went on to say that other nations need to get accustomed to the idea of their currencies gaining versus the dollar.

So basically "Helicopter Ben" has declared that the Fed is now full into the international race for currency debasement. Ironically, this might help boost the price of commodities, as people try to exchange their "funny money" for hard assets, like soy, iron ore, gold, oil, and whatnot. So, Argentina might end up being the big beneficiary here. Time will tell, of course, but it will be interesting to see if the US is more efficient and effective debasing its own currency than Argentina.
