Anyone know where to find a SAD lamp?

SAD meaning seasonal affective disorder. We used to have a SAD lamp, but it broke. She really needs a new one. If anyone knows where/how to find one, I'd be really grateful.

I don't think these SAD lamps are sold here. Probably the closest thing, light-wise, would be a lamp for indoor plant growing. I'm not sure whether it is appropriate for human use at all. But you can search for something like 'lámpara cultivos' or 'lámpara crecimiento'.

You might want to try this store. They sell all kinds of lamps. I’ve bought some exotic projection lamps there.
Their logo is …”If we don’t have the lamp you’re looking for, then they don’t exist”.
If you still have the old bulb that burned out bring it with you, this might help them with the search.

Not a SAD lamp, not even close, but you might find that St. John’s Wort helps with SAD.

I vaguely remember seeing it in a herbal store, but Buenos Aires is sunny enough for me, even in winter, not to need it (and indeed you shouldn’t use it when it’s sunny).
