My mother is renting a house in Argentina and has been paying using her AR credit card. I would like to take over paying for her utilities to make sure they are being paid- take her out of the equation so to speak.
I was afraid of this. I think I may need to figure out how to do a bank transfer. There is a Santander bank right up the street from me here in the US. I wonder if there is a way to open an account and do it that way?
