Ball park cost of utilities/month

I am wondering what you are seeing in terms of monthly costs for the following: Electricity, gas, internet, cell phone service

Also, how do you pay for these? Is it possible to pay them online directly with a credit card?

Metrogas ~$15k pesos
Agua~$12k pesos
Abl (city tax) $15k pesos
Internet ~$50k pesos

All paid by local bank billpay.

From abroad or with foreign credit cards I can only pay for internet. The rest has to be a local credit card or bank transfer.

I was afraid of this. I think I may need to figure out how to do a bank transfer. There is a Santander bank right up the street from me here in the US. I wonder if there is a way to open an account and do it that way?

We need more information. You have a property in Argenina that you need to pay utilities for but are currently in the US? How have you been paying for the utilities up to now? You don't have any Argentine bank account? Mercado Pago?

My mother is renting a house in Argentina and has been paying using her AR credit card. I would like to take over paying for her utilities to make sure they are being paid- take her out of the equation so to speak.
