Personally I would choose the food in Argentina over most food I get in the US or UK, leaving aside top restaurants. But I grew up with Argentine food so that probably explains my preferences. There’s less variety in Argentina but I think it’s better than it used to be

I think the limit is 180 days per year although I’m not sure if there is a hard cap on tourists. But if you spend more than 6 months in a country you run into tax residency issues.
Tax residency is not dependent on having a passport or not. Do you live permanently in Argentina? If so you are a tax resident.
General rule in Argentina (and most other countries) is that if you live there for 6 months or more in a given year you are considered a tax resident
