I suppose you guys living in Argentina are somehow experts in Argentinian political/economic issues (and possibly about other south-american countries too), so can any of you foresee the argentinian government expropriating multinationals like Mcdonald's or the Coca-Cola branch or other...

Hi, I would like to know which are the best south american capitals/cities to live with the family and to work, I mean, the most cosmopolitan cities with more attractions, fancy restaurants, bars, shoppings, museums, rich neighbourhoods, etc. Please give me at least three options. Thanks!
