WU is a clusterfuck. 100% unreliable. Customer support is the worst. Don't waste your time/energy. I found Remitly and it works like a charm ;-) Albeit slightly less rate (131.09) +no fees! and smoooooooth and 10000% reliable!.

update: 1 - my mom opened a new account 2 days ago from NYC 2 - successfully transferred $500 to my wife's account using not her official Banco Galicia account #* ( which was not allowed due to 'not having enough #s' ) but instead using her full CBU# and her CUIL. 3 -So now at least i know...

the other very weird glitch is that when you try to add the Banco Galicia Account # it says ' not enough digits"!! but if I add the full CBU# it accepts it. But god knows if that will hit her account.
