    I thought I responded to this but I guess I didn't press send. I was able to extract USD from an ATM at a random bank I found on the street in Oruro. This was July 2012. $300 per transaction I think.

    They work on commission, their job is to find a buyer. If you don't use them, (because they didn't find you) they don't get the commission. You'll still have to pay an escribano and all the legal fees. That's completely separate from the realtors commission.

    Pretreat with stain remover such as Mr Musculo quita manchas, scrub and rinse. Mix one part bleach with 30 parts very hot water and soak again. Using long gloves, scrub the stained clothes together. In the bleach mixture. Rise again with hot water. Final rinse cold.

    Royal China in puerto madero does good cantonese food. Not as good as what I could get back in the states but it's the best in buenos aires in my opinion. Hong kong style in belgrano would be my second pick.
