Keep On Wishing.

I haven't read the Indie since Bono started The Bubble, but that's a good one!

How dumb can she be????????? [tell us Cero]

OK, I'm gonna look like those dumb guys on forums saying "I said it so months ago duuudddeee!" but that's OK, I can handle it.

Complex situation (there's no international Law of sovereign bankruptcies), the solution might actually be political, but not in the way like Obama overriding Griesa's decision (I did read something about that some weeks ago: when a judicial ruling affects substantially foreign policy, the President has such a power. If someone knows more about that?), since obviously BO won't wet his shirt now to defend directly Argentina (a bit too late indeed).

Are all the Americans on this forum sure the Obama doesn't have such a power? (I asked without any answer, might search again... Usually, when I ask such a question, it's because I already have the answer :p but I don't have it, while I'm sure I read something in this sense from a reliable source somewhere)

This article "might" be wrong, but I'm biased since nowadays "journalists" don't even know how to spell correctly for the most part (applies to my country, and I guess this applies to the US too)

“Indeed, President George W Bush invoked this power against the very same hedge fund now threatening Argentina. Bush blocked Singer’s seizure of Congo-Brazzaville’s US property despite the fact that the hedge fund chief is one of the largest, and most influential, contributors to Republican candidates.”

Evidently, pigs do occasionally fly.

EDIT: Except, evidently they didn't.

Greg Palast (works for the BBC) is certainly not perfect, but we need more guys like him (I'll spare you pics of kids from Congo dying of hunger, partly because of local corruption, partly because of those Vultures).

The amount of crack being smoked in the Casa Rosada is too damn high!
Even by Xtina's standards that's a bad one...

Think Bush forgave the Congo debt owed to the US Treasury using the power of comity. Never forgave debt owed Singer. In an indirect way, forgiving debt owed to the US treasury money was freed up in the Congo to pay Singer. US taxpayer paid. That is my story and am sticking to it.

Her latest scapegoat is the Donnelley terrorists: http://tinyurl.com/p6g5sqw

Are they IRA, then?
