Thanks, that is the information I require. I don't have an EU ID unfortunately but I'll see what I can do. Taking a few minutes to shop around for the best rate is definitely worth it IMO, especially if you have access to multiple Western Unions.

Does there not exist some type of property brokerage firm in Buenos Aires that handles this type of situation for you, and they just take a small percentage of the sale price for payment?
