    nope! it's a great place. I'm close friends with the owner/head chef for what it's worth, he was on the iron chef and beat bobby flay but I also know 2 other chefs who have gone on the show and won.

    I've had people refuse bills that were torn many times, never dealt with any stained ones. The banks I use in the USA (BofA) took all my pesos expect the 2 dollar one, they just didn't accept any that low. As for walking out at the jumbo, I would of done the same thing. People in Argentina...

    Depends where in cap fed for your power to go out. I lived in microcenter for 5 months and the power never went out, then I moved out that barrio and it went out about 1x a month for a few hours each time.
