I find so many are paying those prices in order to be in Palermo. There are some very reasonable rents, but perhaps not in prime Palermo.

I was at a special exhibit (art?) of Del Molino in the early 2000s. Of course, most people were there to see the work on the building. It was wonderful !

If you use Facebook, there are lots of short term rentals in the group "Buenos Aires- Real estate".
