Why Does Everyone Here Seem To Hate Buenos Aires So Much?

I live in Mexico, and some things are better now than in BsAs, like infraestructure, people being more nice, etc, but I think Im returning, probably next week or the other, because BsAs is so more developed, so more mature as a society, with shorter distances within classes, a more opened...

Yay - After 10 Years We're Planning On Leaving Argentina

When people here say that the economy is fine, me included, do not refer to these restrictions, to these absurd impediments, but to consumption, to the functioning of the internal market, money for everyone, with social plans, or jubilaciones, or whatever, expand the internal market, the...

Yay - After 10 Years We're Planning On Leaving Argentina

I agree that with the high tech products what Arg does is practically nothing, to assemble and a little more. The same with cars, only 17% is from Arg production. This said, no government in the past 40 years have made more to industrialise the country that this one. Maybe the change wasnt from...

Yay - After 10 Years We're Planning On Leaving Argentina

it depends how you measure it. Concerning industry or the size of its market, perhaps, but if you want to know the quality of life of its citizens, how they live, security, poverty, development in general, mobility, gini coeficients and a whole other lot of social indicators, Argentina is...

How Can Macri Close The Gap With Scioli?

it seems numbers are on Kirchnerism side, as they were for the last more than ten years. Time will tell, but what they ve done in these past years it cant be erased. I mean, numbers, measured by anyone you like, say quite a lot. We have a phrase in spanish, quien te quita lo bailado.

The New Head Of Banco Nacion

Im not talking of justice, police, etc, just economic decissions. The central bank depends 100% on Cristinas deccissions, and its ok by me. Every economic decission is taken by the ejecutive power. Theres a cabinet, but is Cristina who puts the foot down. And its ok, it should be this way...

The New Head Of Banco Nacion

I dont know if she has experience in banking, but if not, she has a ot of experience in politics, and as I said under this governmeent politics is above everything, above banking, above economics, above everything. Its not like the bank decissions are made by the head, they are all made by...

The New Head Of Banco Nacion

she has enough merits to not be considered "the daughter of" I think... anyway, IMHO, in economy, in this country, under this government, its pretty clear who takes the decissions, I mean economy is totally and 100% subjected to politics. Is the politics which govern, and not the economy...

Venezuela As A Comparison Of What Could Be Argentina's Futur

you just can not compare any "independent" consulting, or institution, or whatever because: 1) they are never independent, you cant picture a bunch of people isolated from a society and worst, if they are involved in politics by publishing numbers. They occupy a position of power, of political...

Venezuela As A Comparison Of What Could Be Argentina's Futur

Theres no independent think tank. And if it were, they just cant compare in resources to measure these things with a government organisation, logistics, etc. I dont know how official statistics are challenged in every country, I dont think everywhere is like Argentina, so the majority of...

Venezuela As A Comparison Of What Could Be Argentina's Futur

Ok, we take all the countries of the continent, and everyone says the truth!!! Only Cuba lies. I wonder why if they lie they didnt put themselves in the first place. Or Argentina. Or Venezuela. Or Ecuador.
