Iphone 5 To Be Announced Sept 12!

Besides all the Pro and contras of apple in general, I definitely vote for iPhone, for these reasons : iMessage (3g) viber (3g) FaceTime (with wifi) Skype (with 3g) whatsapp (3G) (i know, blackberry also has that, but it doesn't work well, half of the time it says the message is read when it...

is it possible to renounce/cancel/waive temporary residency?

That is always the problem of course. You might know the law but if the agent doesn't know or doesn't want to apply there is not much you can do. When we were stopped by the agents with our foreign car/DNI, we asked if we should have come with a local car/DNI, and he said, no, as with a local...

Thats correct, we used to do that too, before we had our DNI. Its when we tried to leave with DNI that they wouldn't let us pass.

why don't you just go to or call Buquebus and see what they say? they told us at check in (foreign car/DNI) that we could not leave the country. I suppose they should be able to tell you before you get your ticket too...

is it possible to renounce/cancel/waive temporary residency?

Up to now we have temporary residency. We are now going into Permanent residency, so I could tell you more about what to do with a foreign car later. We are looking into nationalizing it. We are told that if the car has been here for more then 2 years, you can import the car at value in the...

is it possible to renounce/cancel/waive temporary residency?

because we have... A foreigner can drive a foreign car and leave or enter freely. As soon as you have DNI you are not allowed to leave the country with a foreign car. We asked the agent if we should have shown our passport instead of DNI, but he said that with our DNI we are "in the system'...

is it possible to renounce/cancel/waive temporary residency?

you can constantly renew the import papers of your car. As for having it confiscated, it happened to us once : an attempt to confiscate it at the boarder. there they said we can't get the car out of the country because we have a DNI. We left the car at buquebus, and rented one in Uruguay...

    Igauzu

There is also a walkway at the brazilian side. You should definitely see both sides, I prefer to see the brazilian first (there you have an overview), then the Argentine (where you practically walk over the water. And definitely do the boat trip 'under' the falls!

    repair iphone-glass

My daughter has dropped her iPhone 4s (with protecting cover) and the screen is in 1,000,000 pieces. Anyone know of a place to repair it here in BA? All I know of is a place in Belgium where you pay 90€. Not just expensive but also a lot of fuss to get it there and back. Any ideas?

An ideal car to buy for use in BA

insurance depends on lots of things, value/age/what you want to insure. Its probably between 1000-1500 pesos a month for a full insurance. (including stealing of tires, hailstones etc) We only insure for 'responsabilidad civil' and pay about 250 pesos a month.

We brought the money cash, all they needed was a proof that it came from our account in Belgium.
