yes i feel tex's pain...i had real estate agents tell me my place was worth 140,000 up to 200,000 so really nobody knows what they are doing....

I have been looking and thinking about a bar and grill pub for 10 years here.... the real problem is the location often needed against the very high rents.. if you could afford to buy the real estate and not be at the mercy of a landlord it might work.... but buying an existing restaurant...

i have seen ezeiza taxi using larger cars suv style...for large familes just call write and ask..... could get 5 people --especially with kids... but if you have 5 large bags a stroller etc etc maybe no... you can always just take two eze taxi cars...350 pesos each make it easy on...

my 2 cents..... go for medical temp work in your country..I used to do that you would be much better off doing travel temp work in the UK for lets say 6 months working then travel the other 6 months... you wont make enough money here in agrentina to even pay the rent.... look into temp...

yes buy it ship it for free to a usa address to a friend or your family member-- then have them bring it for him.. he can give them the 67 dollars for the trouble of bringing it.... that is about the best way.... sad but true...
