I am no lawywr but I would not do the visa run. Instead enroll in a recognized Spanish course and file for legal temp residency. Studrnt visas. Enfoll kids in school and apply for theirs and youur spouse as well. After 2 years or when baby is born apply for citizenship or perm residency.
